Tresemme Keratin Smooth Beautifying Oil

I’ve been a fan of hair oils for a couple of years now. Since I discovered how the V05 Miracle Concentrate  and Moroccanoil work wonders on my hair I’ve never stopped using them. I’ve got on so well with hair oil that I’m always looking out for other alternatives to try out to try and find the perfect one for me. On a recent trip in Boots I noticed this Tresemme Keratin Smooth Beautifying Oil and knew I had to try it. I’m a massive fan of Tresemme as it is, and especially their Keratin Smooth range, so the fact they’ve got a beautifying oil instantly appealed to me.

Sometimes hair oils can feel quite heavy in my hair, but this Tresemme one didn’t fit into that category. I tend to apply this to my hair once it’s wet and put a couple of pumps of this into each side of my hair and then style as normal. It really helps out my ends and keeps them from being dry and splitting. Once I’ve dried and styled my hair it keeps it staying silky smooth and not looking so frizzy and wild as my hair can sometimes look. It’s helping to improve the overall quality of my hair as well, and helping to repair the damage I’ve caused my hair with constant heat appliances.

I think this is a much more purse friendly option than Moroccanoil as it retails for around £6.99. Personally I’m still sticking to my overall favourite hair oil – my V05 Miracle Concentrate, which not only is slightly cheaper (£5.19), but seems to work better in my hair. I’m still on the hunt for other hair oils, I think I’ve got my eyes set on the L’Oreal Mythic Oil next…
