First Real Post & First NOTD!

So I’ve recently gone out about bought Barry M’s nail effects in Black Magic and Pink Fizz after weeks of reading about them and wishing! And I must say I’m rather impressed!

Before using the product I didn’t really know what to expect, and didn’t really know how it would work, but once I used it I was very impressed with the result! I loved watching it dry and crack into shape. I chose to paint my nails ‘Dusky Mauve’ by Barry M first and then painted over them with the ‘Pink Fizz’. I originally thought that the nail effects wouldn’t crack as chunky as it did, and that the base colour would show through more, but never the less I’m still happy with the result! I found it fairly easy to apply and didn’t really have any troubles with it. Overall very happy and I may soon be looking into investing in more Barry M nail effects. 🙂

Please excuse my nails I painted them in a rush and you can see one of them chipped already! 🙁

Hope you enjoyed my first NOTD!

  • Summer Ready Feet With Scholl

Technically as it’s the end of August, it’s not really summer anymore. Regardless of it not being that warm, I’ve still been wearing a…

It’s been absolutely forever since I’ve done a favourites post, and mainly because I’ve been using the same products over and over again, and I didn’t want to create loads of posts made up of the same products! • NOTD – Polka Dots

Recently I’ve been trying to get a little more adventurous with my nail art. If you look through my nail art posts you’ll see the majority are just some form of leopard print, nothing too creative. When it comes to nail art I’m bit a newbie, and some of the extravagant designs are a little scary to attempt. Back in the #JulyLondonMeetUp goody…

It took me a while before I bought into the Real Techniques brushes hype, but I started with the Stippling Brush  and since then I couldn’t go back to another brand. One of my favourites is the Blush Brush, which I think is one of the larger brushes. It’s shaped like a large tapered egg shape which…
