Makeup Mix Up Monday #3

So far I’ve been doing well at sticking to my ‘makeup mix up’s’, however I forgot to blog about it last week!
This week I’ll still be using the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation as I’m trying it out to review it, and I think you should try something out for a few weeks before reviewing it. As always I’ll be using my Collection 2000 concealer, I’ve never found a concealer quite like it. Along with that I’ll be using the natural collection pressed powder, and blusher in ‘rosey glow’, which is turning out to be my favourite blusher. Along with the Bourjois chocolate bronzer, which is now definitely my favourite bronzer of all time. For eyes I’ll be going back to my favourite mascara, Rimmel London’s Day 2 Night, as I’ve neglected it recently for newer mascaras. I’m not really in an eyeshadow mood these days, I’m having bit of a love/hate relationship, but for days I want to use it I’ve got the 17 Peep Show palette. For lips I’ve decided on my Body Shop  Shea Butter lip balm, and my two favourite lipsticks, ELF’s ‘Runway Pink’ and MAC’s ‘Creme Cup’.
It seems to be a week of favourites this week!

A while ago I never understood why anyone would pay around the £20/30 mark for a foundation. I just didn’t understand why you’d spend so much money on a foundation when you can buy a ‘drugstore’ version for around the £10 mark. I thought surely they can’t provide that much more coverage, or make my…

  • NOTD – Leopard & Sparkles

I was bitten by the nail art bug again recently and wanted to try out something new. I’m still not feeling massively confident about trying out some more complicated designs so I decided to go back to an old favourite, leopard print. Leopard print was the first thing I learnt to do with nail art,…
