Urtekram Review & Giveaway

If you haven’t guessed from my blog already, I’m a huge lover of beauty products. For as long as I can remember I’ve been addicted to picking up new products to try out, especially from brands I’ve not tried before. Of course I’ve got a few favourite products I like to repurchase again and again, but it’s always nice to find a new brand I’ve not heard anything about. Recently Urtekram got in touch with me to tell me about their range of organic beauty products, and sent me over a couple of products from their body care range to learn more about.

Urtekram is Scandinavia’s largest organic wholesaler, creating natural organic beauty products. Their recent organic range is hypoallergenic and incredibly gentle on young skin and children. As someone with incredibly sensitive skin I find that some products can irritate and annoy my skin further, so when I come across an organic range that promises to be good to my skin I get quite excited to try it out.

Urtekram sent me a sample of their aloe vera shampoo, and their no perfume conditioner to try and see what I thought. The aloe vera shampoo is designed to give the hair lots of moisture, while the aloe vera provides gentle care for your hair, while the no perfume conditioner adds shine and softness while giving your hair extra care without perfume. After using both of these products my hair felt so incredibly soft, like softer than it’s ever felt before. My boyfriend even commented on how much he liked using the shampoo too, and he doesn’t normally notice when we change shampoo!

I also got to try out their no perfume hand cream, and rose scented soap. The rose scent is probably my favourite out of them all, it smells really sweet and fresh, and the soap itself foams gently and doesn’t feel drying like some soaps can do. The hand cream is from the no perfume range, meaning you don’t have a strong overwhelming scent like you can do with some other hand creams. Instead it’s full of goodness like shea butter, evening primrose oil, and almond and jojoba oil to help moisturise and soften the hands.

I really enjoyed trying out a few of Urtekram’s products, and I really like how they’re all full of good ingredients, and the majority of them are vegan too. I’ve never really thought much of using organic products, but after seeing the benefits of these ones I’m pretty tempted to invest in a few more.

Fancy trying some Urtekram beauty products yourself? I’ve teamed up with Urtekram to giveaway to one lucky winner a hamper full of some of their best products. All you’ve got to do is enter using Rafflecopter. Unfortunately this is only open to UK entrants.

Good luck!
