NOTD – Somewhere Over The Rainbow

It’s been a long time since I’ve done any nail art, lately my nails have been a mixture of greys and berry tones. So I decided the other day to sit down with my neglected nail art pens and come up with some interesting nail art ideas. I happened to do be doing this one rainy Sunday afternoon, wishing that it was still a little brighter outside, when I came up with the idea to do some rainbow nails!




I picked a bright blue base in the form of Barry M’s Gelly Hi-Shine in Blueberry, which is a gorgeous bold shade. Then using my nail art pens I drew white clouds on my nails, and a rainbow on my accent nail. It’s a fairly simple design but I really love how it looks, and I’ve had many compliments on it!
