Origins GinZing Moisturiser

I’ve recently become bit of an Origins convert. Since trying out a few of their products I’ve become hooked and can’t wait to get my hands on more. You may have noticed in my latest haul post that I picked up GinZing on bit of a whim. Well I’ve now had a chance to try it out properly and give you guys a break down on my thoughts about it.

The only moisturiser I’ve had the chance to try from Origins is the Starting Over one, and I didn’t really think much of it as it hasn’t seemed to have an impact on me, so I wasn’t too sure what to expect. GinZing is supposed to be an energy-boosting moisturiser, filled with skin boosting things that help you to feel awake and give your skin a glow. It sounds a lot more up my street than Starting Over does, so I was instantly hooked by it.

I’d heard a bit of negativity about this moisturiser over on Twitter, so I wasn’t sure if it would work for my skin, but regardless I gave it a test for a few weeks before I decided to review it. Since using this I have noticed an improvement in my skin tone, it’s looking a lot more radiant and glowing, but I’m not sure if its GinZing alone that is doing this. I have been looking after my skin a lot more recently and using more products that are used to boost radiance, so I can’t tell how much of a role GinZing is playing. What I do like about it however, is that when I use it in the mornings it helps me to feel awake. It’s like a shot of espresso for your face. Don’t get me wrong I do really love the GinZing moisturiser, I’m just not entirely sure I’d repurchase this again right now.

Let me know your thoughts on this! Or have you tried any other Origins moisturisers that you think are worth it?
