It’s been absolutely forever since I’ve done a favourites post, and mainly because I’ve been using the same products over and over again, and I didn’t want to create loads of posts made up of the same products! However September was a different month for me, I’ve found loads of new products that I’ve loved to share with you.
Redken Extreme Shampoo and Conditioner
A few months ago I decided to invest in some high end hair care products and decided to try out Redken’s Extreme Shampoo and Conditioner. Both contain protein and really helped to make my hair feel stronger, shinier and healthier. Although these are both quite pricey I really feel like it’s worth it for my hair!
Burts Bees Sensitive Night Cream
When my old night cream started to get a bit low I decided to look into trying out a new one, when someone recommended to me Burts Bees Sensitive Night Cream. I’ve never really tried anything from Burts Bees before so I wasn’t too sure what to expect, but I find this really soft on my skin, and it works really well as a moisturiser.
Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment
I’m a fan of hair oils but it’s been a long time since I’ve tried out a new one. I got this one as a freebie with something else, but didn’t really think much of it and it sat in my samples drawer for a while. Once I finally got around to using it I was amazed at how it makes my hair feel super sleek, shiny and healthy! Definitely think I’m going to repurchase this once it’s ran out.
Bio Oil*
I’ve never tried out Bio Oil before but when I got send a sample to try I thought I’d give it ago. I have a lot of scars and I’ve found from using this a couple of nights a week has really reduced the appearance of them.
The Body Shop Wild Rose Hand Cream
It seems like my hands are always dry, and I’m always trying to find a new hand cream that helps them. I decided to try out The Body Shop’s Wild Rose Hand Cream after hearing some great things about it, and I’m glad I did! It certainly helps with my dry skin, and I’m forever carrying this around with me in my handbag.
Recently my skin has been looking a little ‘meh’. It’s been looking dull, dry, and I’m getting quite an outbreak of spots. I’ve never had amazing skin, and it’s never seemed to grow out of it’s teenage spot phase. But it’s been looking even more worse for wear recently. So I decided it was…
I’ve been thinking a lot about moving out lately, and especially how me and my other half have been together a very long time now and want to move on with our lives. We’re currently living with my parents, and to be honest we’re quite happy at the moment, we just don’t have a lot…

So hello October, how quickly it’s got to this! This year is flying past. September’s been a crazy busy month for me, what with packing and moving back to uni (another post on that soon!). I’ve been so busy with the moving back to uni I haven’t managed to find a spot where I can…
During the cold winter months my skin really starts to suffer. It becomes dry, sore, and I often get horrible flaky bits of skin. Going from cold to warm all the time really starts to play a toll on my skin, so during the colder months I like to step up my skincare game, and…
[et_pb_section bb_built=”1″][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=”4_4″][et_pb_text] I thought I’d share with you a little purchase I made the other day. I was wondering around Boots (as usual), and saw this special offer on the shelves near the till. Buy a 17 Falsifeye mascara and get a 17 Falsifeye gel eyeliner free. Well I just couldn’t resist! Especially how…
