Liz Earle Gentle Face Exfoliator

Liz Earle is a brand I’ve constantly heard raved about in the blogosphere, especially for their Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. I’ve had the Cleanse & Polish on my wishlist for months but I’ve never got around to trying out a Liz Earle product, so when I was contacted to try out the Gentle Face Exfoliator* I was excited to give it a go.

What I really love about exfoliators is the fact you can give your skin a good scrub and it feels super clean. It’s like rubbing off all of the dirt from the day gone past. I particularly like exfoliators that feel like they’re doing the job. None of this ‘lightly exfoliating’ feeling, I want a good hard scrub that really feels like it’s working, and this Liz Earle one certainly does the job. I like to use this every other day in my evening skin care routine, using it in a circular motion before rinsing off with a muslin cloth. I find that it’s really helped to make my skin feel softer, and has left it looking a lot brighter as well.  The Gentle Face Exfoliator is exactly that, an exfoliator that works gently on your skin without aggravating it. Although this states that it’s not for sensitive skin, I personally don’t think it would be a problem as it is rather gentle to use.

This has now taken a permanent role in my skin care routine, putting my old favourite Origins Never A Dull Moment to shame. I’m getting on so well with this that I think it’s about time I bought the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish..
