Whats In My Bag?

I thought I’d do a ‘Whats in my bag’ post because I love reading these!
It’s so interesting to see what other people carry around in their bags with them.

The bag in question is a new one of mine. I bought it the other day from New Look for £24.99. I really like satchel style bags, but the one I already own is a little small so I went for a bigger sized one. I love this one, its made of a khaki material with brown leather straps. Its rather large and has two separate compartments inside the bag, I think it’ll be perfect when I go back to uni!

A peek inside my bag!

Everything all a little jumbled together!

My purse bought from Primark about a year ago, my Lumix 10 megapixel camera, and my phone – Samsung Tocco.
I never go anywhere without my camera or phone. I’m a bit of a photography geek, so I usually take this little point and shoot around with me, instead of taking out my big D-SLR. My phone is quite an old one, and I’ve managed to crack my screen lately, but I can upgrade it soon in two weeks, I’ve just got the difficult decision of what to upgrade too – suggestions?

I also hardly ever go out without my umbrella – you never know when it might start raining! My parents bought me this Owl And The Pussycat umbrella for Christmas – its bit of an old joke about a Spoken English competition I did when I was 6.

Soap and Glory Hand Food, Natural Collection Mango and Papaya Coloured Lip Gloss, Cupcake Mint Chocolate Lip Balm
I suffer from dry skin and dry lips so I try to always carry around hand cream and lip balm with me. I love Soap and Glory’s Hand Food, I used to carry around the mini one with me, but I loved it so much I bought the bigger tube as I used it so much! My cupcake lip balm is one of my favourites as its so yummy! And I love the taste of the mango and papaya lip gloss. The lip glosses in my bag tend to change around to what I was using at the time, these are just some of my favourites.

Hello Kitty Pen “Lisa”, Hello Kitty Mint Tin, Hello Kitty Nail File, Betty Boop Pocket Mirror.
If you’ve read through my older blog posts you’ll know I love Hello Kitty. My Boyfriend bought me the Hello Kitty pen with my name on for valentines day, and also the Hello Kitty mint tin when we saw it in a shop and I begged for it. My Mum bought me the nail file in a shop in Rome which was full of Hello Kitty stuff (She told me I was only allowed one small thing! :() And I can’t quite remember where the mirror was from as I’ve had it years, but I couldn’t leave without it!

And of course finally, my Ipod. I couldn’t be without this! My Ipod is currently 5 years old (I really need a new one), and some how still works. Its about 80GB so its got loads and loads of music on, and even though I’ve had it 5 years I’ve never been able to fill it. My poor Ipod’s all scuffed and scratched as its so old, and was even a victim of crime in May, when my flatmates ‘friend’ stole it from our kitchen. It was so rubbish and old it was returned to me :). I was never chummy with that flatmate, and certainly wasn’t after that happened. But nevertheless I was happy to have my Ipod returned to me as I don’t know what I would of done without it on train journeys etc!

I hope you enjoyed seeing what was in my bag and that your all having a lovely weekend!

I’ve never really been a fan of using sponges in the shower, I’ve always found them to be scratchy and irritating on my skin, and the sponges themselves always seem to go out of shape and grow mouldy. So when I was contacted by The Sponge Market I was a bit hesitant about using their sponges. But I was…

It’s no secret that I love cats, so when I received a wrapped up parcel covered in photos of my cat the other day I freaked out slightly. Wrapping paper covered in cats?! Not just any cat, but my own furry cat babies! I got so excited about seeing multiple versions of my cats face that it…

A few years ago I discovered Japanese food and since then I’ve been obsessed with it. I love visits to Yo! Sushi and Wagamama, but I’m always on the look out for a new place I’ve not visited before. When I was looking for somewhere new I came across Inamo, an oriental fusion restaurant based in Soho. I…

  • The Balm Hot Mama Blusher

One thing you won’t find much about on this blog is about blushers. I’ve never been blushers biggest fan, and it’s only about 3 years ago I even started wearing them. My worry is because I’m really pale, most colours look really obvious on me, and I prefer blusher that’s a little more subtle that…

Happy Friday everyone!   This week I treated myself to a new pair of shoes!  A few months back I bought myself a pair of wedge heels which you can see on my summer ball post here. I originally bought them because I was struggling to wear heels after months of not wearing them, and…
