Avon Sleep Therapy

I have troubles with sleep, I always have, and I probably always will. I think I’m just one of those people who can’t ‘switch off’ at night. I’ve tried everything to try and help me get a good night’s sleep, but there’s one thing that I always find helps me (without resorting to sleeping pills), is Avon’s Sleep Therapy range.

My mum actually introduced me to this range when I was around 13/14. I’d been moaning about my sleep (as I frequently do) and she saw this in her Avon book and bought me some to try and help me. The sleep therapy has a lavandery smell about it, which is great for calming you down and helping you to drift off to sleep. I’ve got into the routine of going to bed and spraying the pillow mist on my pillow, bedding, and teddies (yes I’m 21 and sleep with my teddies still…), and then applying the sleep balm to my lips and wrists. I’m not sure if it’s just a placebo effect but this stuff really helps to calm me down and help me drift off to sleep. I know that the product itself isn’t sending me to sleep, but it certainly helps me to have a better nights sleep that’s for sure. I know there’s also a bubble bath in this range, but I haven’t myself used it, but I can imagine it’s also rather lavandery scented too. I might purchase it on my next Avon order. It hasn’t fixed my sleeping troubles, but it’s defiantly helping.
