July Favourites

I’ve been meaning to do this post for a while now, but oops I’ve been neglecting my little blog lately! I promise I’ll try to get back into it!

Also how is it now August?! Is it just me or is 2011 the fastest year yet?
So here’s what products I’ve been enjoying in July
Live Color XXL in Red Passion, Batiste Dry Shampoo Big & Bouncy XXL Volume, Tresemme 24 Hour Body Root Boosting Spray, Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat, LUSH Lemony Flutter, Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection 16 Hour Concealer, Collection 2000 Blush in Trouble.
Live Color XXL in Red Passion – £4.89
I’ve been dying my hair red for a few months now, and I’ve tried out a few different shades/makes. One hair dye make I’ve used for years is Live Color XXL, I find it to be so reliable, and the range in colours is great. I’ve tried out a few of their red shades, and I’ve found the one for me – Red Passion. It looks quite bright on the box but comes out darker on me as my hair was pretty dark before I turned red. But never the less the colour comes out how I expect it to, and lasts ages! I re dye my hair every 3/4 weeks and that’s only usually dye to my roots than the colour fading.
Batiste Dry Shampoo Big & Bouncy XXL Volume – £3.99
I wrote a review on this a few weeks ago which you can see here. I absolutely love this! I’ve been a fan of Batiste for over a year now, and so I love this one with its added volume. I’m always trying to make my hair bigger for nights out etc, and a quick spray of this saves hours on backcombing!
Tresemme 24 Hour Body Root Boosting Spray – £5.39
As I said I’m always trying to make my hair bigger, so I picked up this in Boots a while back to try to help achieve my ambition of big hair. Basically you spray it onto your roots after towel drying your hair, and then dry your hair with a hairdryer. I’m not sure it makes a drastic change to my hair, but it definitely helps to create more body.
 LUSH Lemony Flutter – £5.95
I wrote a review a while back about this which you can see here. I believe this to be a must have product. After using this everyday for just under a month now, Its done amazing things to my cuticles. I really don’t know how I coped without this product before.
Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat -£9.95 usually but I bought it off eBay for £6.50
My friend Robyn recommended this product to me months ago and since using it I’ve never looked back. Its just so amazing, my nails are dry in less than 10 mins!? Its insane. It also makes them super shiny, smooth (like really smooth, I often run my fingers over my nails their that smooth!), and stops them from chipping. Again another cult product I couldn’t live without.
 Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection 16 Hour Concealer – £4.19
I’ve tried out a lot of concealers and this one is definitely my favourite. It gives me such a good coverage, and lasts all day. My only problem with it is that the writing rubbed off pretty much straight away after using it, and as you can see its pretty messy. But O how I love you nameless brand-less concealer.
Collection 2000 Blush – £2.99
I picked this up a few weeks back, and I instantly fell in love. It gives me cheeks a perfect glow without being too pink. But again like with my collection 2000 concealer, the writing has rubbed off. I’ve only used this about 4/5 times and the writing’s rubbed off? Sort it out Collection 2000.

What products have you been enjoying this month?

P.S I’ve given my blog a make over, what do you think?
