My Everyday 5 Minute Face

I’m the sort of person who likes to put sleep as my highest priority, so on days I’ve got work I choose the option to sleep more than spend longer getting ready for work. And as I’ve been working a lot lately I’ve not been wearing a great deal of make up. So I thought I’d share with you the sort of make up I wear on days I’m working, or the make up I wear on days I’m not doing a lot.

Face –

I start by using my MAC 187 brush to apply my Rimmel London Lasting Finish foundation in shade Ivory. I absolutely love my MAC brush, I bought it a few weeks ago and I just think its amazing. The way I use it is to dot the foundation on the back of my hand, dab the brush in it and around my face and then blend it in. Next I use my MAC 194 concealer brush to apply my Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer. Although the writing has rubbed off the bottle, and did pretty much straight away, I’ve never used such an amazing concealer, my dark circles are just gone! Next I use my powder brush (sorry no brand name!) to apply my Rimmel London Stay Matte Powder, which helps to get rid of any shine and helps keep it at bay for the rest of the day.

Eyes –

I tend to keep my eye make up very simple unless I’m going somewhere really. I start by using my eyelash curlers just to help curl my eyelashes and then apply a few coats of mascara. The mascara I’ve been using most commonly at the moment is Max Factor False Lash Effect Fusion, it gives my lashes great length and volume. I then apply my Rimmel London Liquid Eyeliner on the top of my lids.

Lips –

Just like my eye make up I keep my lips very simple unless going anywhere. So for these days I tend to just use a lip balm to condition them, At the moment I’ve been using my Cherry Carmex which helps to keep my lips soft, especially as I suffer from dry skin and lips.

So like I said its a very simple look that I do most days because its such a natural, plain not over the top look.

Hope You’ve Enjoyed!
