I love chocolate milk, I’m terrible for it. Whenever I’m out and see the option of chocolate milkshakes, or even in my local corner shop, I just can’t resist it. Luckily I can behave a bit more at home, as we never have any milk in as my mum’s lactose intolerant, so a rare chocolate milk is quite a treat. So when I was asked if I wanted to review Cocio’s chocolate milk of course I said yes, what sort of chocolate milk lover would I be if I said no!
Cocio’s chocolate milk is unlike other chocolate milks in the UK, because it’s not from the UK, it’s Danish! I had no idea what to expect before I tried this, as I’ve never tried anything from there (other than Danish pastries…). Cocio is best enjoyed ice cold, and drunk straight from the bottle. It’s made from a simple blend of milk, cocoa, and sugar. As I’m meant to be watching what I eat I was happy to see they do a slightly better for you version, the Cocio One, with only 130 calories per bottle. I usually find that these versions don’t taste as nice as the original, but I was happy as it still tasted just as creamy and luxurious, just without the extra calories and only 1% fat and 1% added sugar.

I really enjoyed my Cocio One Chocolate Milk, and I’m happy to see it’s now available at my local Waitrose. I think it’s safe to say I have a new chocolate milk addiction. You can read more about Cocio here.
We’re now just under a week until Christmas day! While a lot of people are completely organised, others might just have their Christmas wrapping left to do, and then every year there’s always someone who’s left their Christmas shopping until the last minute. If that’s you don’t worry, I’ve got some great last minute gift…

A few weeks ago now I met up with a few of my Cambridge friends Laura and Pippa, as well as meeting Sophie for the first time. The original plan was for a few of us Camb Meetup girls to meet up and go for lunch, but a few people dropped out so it ended up just being us four. Despite there only…
Since moving out of my parents house 4 months ago I’m a changed woman, I now like to cook. I now own several recipe books that aren’t just gathering dust, or propping up wonky chairs, and actually use them. Not only do I like cooking, but I’ve discovered that I’m kind of good at it,…
Now that our days are (finally) brightening up and becoming warmer there’s nothing I crave more than sitting in outside in the sunshine with something cold to drink. One thing that appealed to me was iced tea. I’ve always been a big fan of iced tea, but I’ve never got around to making it myself….
A few months ago I discovered Inamo in Soho and discovered how amazing their food was. I didn’t know at the time, but there are two Inamo restaurants, with another one around the corner from Piccadilly Circus. After the amazing experience Chris and I had we knew we had to go back, so when we got invited to try out the new menu…
