I love chocolate milk, I’m terrible for it. Whenever I’m out and see the option of chocolate milkshakes, or even in my local corner shop, I just can’t resist it. Luckily I can behave a bit more at home, as we never have any milk in as my mum’s lactose intolerant, so a rare chocolate milk is quite a treat. So when I was asked if I wanted to review Cocio’s chocolate milk of course I said yes, what sort of chocolate milk lover would I be if I said no!
Cocio’s chocolate milk is unlike other chocolate milks in the UK, because it’s not from the UK, it’s Danish! I had no idea what to expect before I tried this, as I’ve never tried anything from there (other than Danish pastries…). Cocio is best enjoyed ice cold, and drunk straight from the bottle. It’s made from a simple blend of milk, cocoa, and sugar. As I’m meant to be watching what I eat I was happy to see they do a slightly better for you version, the Cocio One, with only 130 calories per bottle. I usually find that these versions don’t taste as nice as the original, but I was happy as it still tasted just as creamy and luxurious, just without the extra calories and only 1% fat and 1% added sugar.

I really enjoyed my Cocio One Chocolate Milk, and I’m happy to see it’s now available at my local Waitrose. I think it’s safe to say I have a new chocolate milk addiction. You can read more about Cocio here.
A couple of weeks ago on a rainy Saturday, Chris and I decided to take a trip into London. It’s been a while since we made it into the city, and although we didn’t really have any plans to see anything, thought it could be a fun day out. We headed in early and walked…
On Friday evening I attended the Herts Bloggers Xmas Party at Pizza Express in St Albans organised by the lovely Sarah and Scarlett. I love blogger meet ups and events, especially as it gives you the chance to meet fellow bloggers, have a chat and really get to know the blogger behind the blog. Of course this one…
I’m usually much more of a tea drinker than a coffee drinker, unless its a flavoured coffee. I’m a big fan of Costa and Starbucks’s flavoured lattes, especially when they’ve got their Christmas ranges out this time of year. Only problem with them is when you think about the amount of milk, and flavoured syrup…
It’s crazy to think that Valentine’s Day is less than a week away, especially when it feels like Christmas was only the other day. I’m not really a big Valentine’s Day person, and actually I think in the past 5 years that Chris and I have been together we’ve only ever really done something once…
A few days ago I posted a few Father’s Day gift ideas, but I thought I’d share a few more ideas to give you a few more possible ideas to spoil your dad with this year. I’ve come up with a few different ideas to suit any budget. Top Dad Father’s Day Collection £30 // Glenfiddich 15 Year…
A few months ago I discovered Inamo in Soho and discovered how amazing their food was. I didn’t know at the time, but there are two Inamo restaurants, with another one around the corner from Piccadilly Circus. After the amazing experience Chris and I had we knew we had to go back, so when we got invited to try out the new menu…
