Marc Jacobs Daisy

I’ve always loved looking at other bloggers ‘perfume collection’ type posts, and I’d love to do one myself but truth be told I only ever have one or two bottles on the go. I seem to have a eye (or nose) for expensive types of perfume, so I can never afford to have a collection. One of my current favourites is another from the Marc Jacobs family, Daisy. I blogged a while back about how I loved Lola, so naturally I had to try another Marc Jacobs perfume.

Once again Marc Jacobs makes an amazing perfume bottle. I love the lid on this one, it’s not too over the top but it works well with the bottle. I always love the bottles, they always stand out and look great on display. I’m not really one to describe perfume smells well, so I had a Google and this is apparently how it smells:
  • Top Notes: Strawberry, Violet Leaves
  • Mid Notes: Violet Petals, Jasmine Bouquet
  • Base Notes: Musk, Vanilla Infusion

To me it smells amazing, it’s like a gorgeous floral, fresh type of smell (see this is why I looked up how it actually smelt..). It’s been my current go to perfume for the past 6/7 months but now it’s currently on it’s last legs and I’ll be sad to see it go. Maybe I’ll have to set my sights on another Marc Jacobs perfume…

When it comes to foundation I’ve always been a heavy coverage kind of girl. It’s only in recent years since I’ve had luck with my skincare routine, that I’ve ventured to more of a light coverage. Still I’ve only ever used liquid foundations, mineral makeup is somewhat alien to me. In fact when it comes…
