Healthy Banana Bread Recipe
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp baking soda
- 3tbsp cinnamon
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 5tbsp coconut oil (I find using it melted is easier!)
- 220g oats
- Preheat your oven to 180C
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl and mix together with the eggs and coconut oil
- Add the oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and chia seeds and mix well
- pour into a loaf greased loaf tin
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until it looks golden and a clean toothpick comes out of the centre
