This Works Deep Sleep Stress Less

Sleep is something that I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember. It takes me ages to drift off to sleep, and I often wake up numerous times in the night. I find I get a better nights sleep when I’m in a routine, and I’ve found a couple of products that can help me to drift off. I’ve been a big fan of the Avon Sleep Therapy range for years but I decided it was time to branch out and try out something new. I’d heard good things about the This Works sleep range and decided to give the Deep Sleep Stress Less a go.

This has been sat next to me bed for a few weeks so I can pop some on before I go to sleep. Something I like about this product is that it’s a rollerball application, making it easy to apply to my wrists. This Deep Sleep Stress Less also doesn’t have an overpowering lavender smell which some sleep therapy products do, it’s like a light florally scent. I’ve been really enjoying using this, and find that it really helps to relax me when I’m trying to wind down of an evening.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks now and it’s really helping to make me relax and help me to drift off. I’m not completely sure if it is this that’s making me go to sleep, or whether its a sort of placebo effect, but it’s been really helping me to get a good nights sleep. I might have to check out the rest of the This Works Sleep range…
