Beauty Bloggers Tea Party

I’ve been a little behind in blogging world recently but a few weeks ago I attended a bloggers tea party hosted by Aqua PR, Ajala Spa, and Sranrom at St Paul’s Grange Hotel with my good blogging friend Louise. I loved the idea of a tea party, and find myself to be bit of a tea addict, so I was instantly excited to go along. I was also interested to go to St Paul’s Grange Hotel as the last time I was there was for a friend’s hen do, and it’s safe to say I don’t remember a great deal about it..

When we first arrived we were split into two small groups to be given a tour of the Ajala Spa. I’ve never been to a spa before so I didn’t know what to expect, but once I walked in you instantly felt calmer and more relaxed. The Ajala Spa has five treatment rooms, a sauna  steam room, and aromatherapy rooms, as well as a sun therapy lounge (which I imagine will be amazingly helpful come the winter months!), a 18m pool and a gym – so there’s plenty to chose from!

After our tour we rejoined the group to join in for tea, tiny sandwiches and the most amazing cakes and scones! We all had a good natter about beauty things and spas, as well being able to arrange a complementary spa treatment. We also got the chance to take a look at some of the amazing Sranrom products, my favourite was the Uplifting Body Oil as it smelt amazing. We then got a couple of the Sranrom products in our goody bags which I’ve been trying out at home and love.

When we left me and Louise had a bit of a walk around St Pauls before getting some Starbucks and our train home. All in all it was a great day, and a massive thank you to Aqua PR and everyone on the day who made it so much fun!

  • NOTD – Polka Dots

Recently I’ve been trying to get a little more adventurous with my nail art. If you look through my nail art posts you’ll see the majority are just some form of leopard print, nothing too creative. When it comes to nail art I’m bit a newbie, and some of the extravagant designs are a little scary to attempt. Back in the #JulyLondonMeetUp goody…

I never really understood the concept behind Tangle Teezers. I mean at the end of the day its a brush, how can it be any better than any other hair brush? My friend Robyn was forever talking about them, in fact I think she loves them so much she owns three, so one day I decided to…
