Superdrug CC Cream

During the summer months I was a big fan of CC Creams. I spent months searching to find the perfect one, and wore them constantly instead of my foundations. Now the weather is a little cooler I’ve found I don’t need CC Creams just for the lighter feeling and the SPF protection, but for the concealing of blemishes, correcting my skin tone, and it would help to have some anti-ageing goodness in there too. So when my old CC Cream ran out I decided to try out some different brands when I came across Superdrug’s own brand off CC Cream.

Superdrug’s CC Cream promises to be a 6-in-1 day cream improving the skin tone, concealing blemishes and imperfections, clarifying the skin tone, providing all day moisturisation, and containing a SPF 15 – a lot of promises from one little product.  Once applied I found this improved my skin tone, making it look healthy and glowing, and I found that it didn’t dry out my skin and lasted all day. Being a pale girl I was first worried that I’d been sent the shade medium, but I found it blending into my skin tone perfectly, and I really love how it makes my skin look.

I’m glad to see Superdrug joining in with the alphabet family, and I’m really impressed with how their CC Cream works and how it makes my skin look. It’s definitely a keeper in my quest to find a good CC cream, and I think it’s one that will keep me happy for a while.
