Miss Patisserie Lily From The Valleys Mini Bath Bake

If you’re a long term reader of my blog it’s no lie that I’m a bath bomb addict. Since discovering Lush products I’ve been known to have a stash or two lying around. Obviously the people in my real life have caught on to this, and have realised that I like my bath bombs. So it was no surprise when one of my best friends bought me a bath bomb for Christmas.

Now this wasn’t just your average bath bomb, this was a Miss Patisserie Mini Bath Bake. I’d never heard of this brand before but it was the most gorgeous bath bomb shaped like a mini cake. I thought it was the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen, so adorable that I didn’t even want to use it. I decided that it was too cute to use for an everyday bath so decided to save it for a special occasion. This is why it’s been sat in my bath bomb stash since Christmas waiting for such occasion. Then the other day I decided to take it out of my bath bomb box (such thing exists, I need help), and use it to celebrate my new job. Now I’m working 12 hour days I’m pretty shattered by the time I get home, so the thought of coming home to a nice bath with this appealed to me.

What I liked about this bath bomb was that it’s a sort of two-in-one bath bomb. You peel off the cupcake wrapper and split the base from the top and drop the base in water as your usual bath bomb.  The top part you crumble and hold under running water and the bath becomes full of a creamy lather. It also smelt amazing! I’m such a sucker for sweet scents and this one was no exception being lily of the valley scent.

I’m glad that I finally got around to using this up but, now I’m kinda sad it’s gone. I’ve already started looking on the Miss Patisserie website for more….

    Inamo St James Review

A few months ago I discovered Inamo in Soho and discovered how amazing their food was. I didn’t know at the time, but there are two Inamo restaurants, with another one around the corner from Piccadilly Circus. After the amazing experience Chris and I had we knew we had to go back, so when we got invited to try out the new menu…

  • Gluten & Dairy Free Muffins

Recently my mum has become low fodmap, meaning there’s a whole load of food she can’t have anymore. Two things happen to be gluten and dairy. This is making meal times a bit more interesting, and as I live at home I sort of follow the low fodmap diet, although dairy and gluten are two…
