Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion

If you read my Christmas post you will have seen that my mum bought me Clinique’s Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion for Christmas. I’d never used it before but it’s something my mum swears by and has used for years, along with other Clinique products. As I suffer from very dry skin like my mum she thought this would be a great product for me, so I was pretty excited to try it out.

“The moisture ‘drink’ developed by Clinique’s dermatologists to maintain optimal moisture balance for very dry skins, or skins dry in the cheeks, comfortable to oily in the T-Zone. Works to soften, smooth, and improve the texture and condition of your skin.”

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion + New formula

The idea is that it’s basically a skin ‘drink’, so it helps to gain more moisture in the face. Since using this twice a day I’ve noticed a massive change in my skin. It feels so much more hydrated, plumper and softer. I find that the moisturizing lotion isn’t too greasy and is very light, so it’s great to use in the day as well as night. I love how it also has a pump so it’s easy to apply, I just use 2 pumps on my face and neck twice a day. I’ve honestly never found a moisturiser that works this well for my skin, and trust me my skin is hard to impress! The moisturiser is part of Clinique’s 3 step skin-care routine, but I only have the step 3 moisturiser, so I’m not sure how well all three products work together. The only problem I have with this is that for the 200ml bottle with a pump it costs around £37, which is a pretty steep price tag for a moisturiser, and not something I would usually pay. However since using this for just under a month now my skin is feeling so much better, and this is taking up a permanent place in my skin care routine. I think my mum has started an expensive new addiction ;).

Rating – a massive 10/10 for me. I’ve honestly never used such an amazing moisturiser that’s done wonders for my face. Definitely will be repurchasing this when it runs out, and I’m looking into more products from Clinique’s skin care range!
