Soap & Glory Thick & Fast Mascara

As I’m sure many of you are aware, Elle Magazine has been giving away Soap & Glory’s Thick & Fast mascara, which I managed to get my hands on the other day. I’m a big lover of Soap & Glory products but I haven’t tried out any of their cosmetic range yet, so I was pretty happy to get this £10 mascara for only £3.90. To be honest, I wasn’t very impressed with the magazine itself, it just seemed to be full of 100’s of pages of adverts, and only 3 articles, and well for £3.90 I expect more from a magazine. I don’t think I’ll be buying it again, well unless it gives me another good freebie!

“This false lash effect mascara creates amazingly, longer, fuller, fabulous lashes. Featuring SUPERFILL™ False Lash Fillers, SHINE AMPLIFIERS, NOFLAKE24 technology and super-fine no-clumps natural wax film formers. *While we don’t feel it’s ladylike to brag, we’re feeling particularly bullish about our mascara. (And hope after trying it you’ll agree that it’s absolutely marvelous.)” – http://www.soapandglory.com/

I may have been really disappointed with the magazine, but Soap & Glory’s mascara certainly didn’t disappoint! I love the black & pink packaging, and I was really impressed with the mascara want itself. When you pull it out of the tube it sorta ‘pops’, making sure there isn’t too much excess product on the brush.

I think I may be majorly in love with this mascara! If you’re a long term reader of my blog you’ll know that I really love long volumised lashes, and well this mascara certainly lived up to my expectations. It gave me super long thick volumised lashes without clumping or sticking together providing you with spider lashes. It’s an amazing mascara for everyday use, and I definitely think I’ll be sticking with this one.
O and although Elle Magazine wasn’t worth it, there was a voucher for £2 off Soap & Glory Cosmetics, so I think I’ll be making a sneaky purchase from the Soap & Glory cosmetic line soon ;). I’m thinking maybe one of the lipsticks or the Kick Ass Concealer. Any recommendations?
